Thanks! I Hate It is a Mid Westcoast Emo band that plays sad songs in happy keys. Songs drenched in sincerity from a band full of people that don’t take themselves seriously.

The released their debut album in March of 2023 on Take This to Heart Records solidified their place in the DIY emo scene. Their highly anticipated sophomore album Scatterbrain was released in fall 2025 and has been heralded as a big step forward for the band.

Since then they’ve completed 2 full US tours, 2 west coast tours, and performed at music festivals Excellency Fest and Fauxchella, with two US tours and 3 Emo festivals booked for this spring.
